Modern design may have different definitions from project to another, but this villa's modern design will make you want to inject a little modern design into your home to get a sense of what this design style can be.
Our team worked on every detail of this modern project to bring our client's vision to life and give it a unique aspect letting it standout.
With a touch of contemporary, turning this project into a perfect mix of simplicity and luxury, fullfiling our client's desire with an earthy color palette featured in the clean-lined design, this calming scene interupted by marble flooring and metal furniture pieces making it more dynamic and interesting.

Family Hall
When entering the villa, we are welcomed in the family area in which we can find the living room & dining- divided by a rotating tv unit that separates & unites the areas. The room then extends to the U Shaped staircase, under which the family pantry welcomes sharing experiences.
Majlis
A contemporary-modern designed majlis, enriched with elegant materials & finishes, radiating a luxurious vibe while maintaining its simplicity.
Formal Dining
A fancy design of a formal dining area, with rich and weighted materials bringing the extra luxury vibe mixed with coziness that will make gatherings more comfortable and intimate.
Formal Washroom
Even the washrooms follow the same feel as the rest of the villa in its modernity, elegance and clear lines.
FF Lobby
When entering the private area of the villa we have the pantry and small seating.
Master Suite
Reflecting the same design aesthetic as the rest of the villa, with a more modern and simple overtone tending to minimalism. What elevates the room are the simple metallic finishes in the lighting features
Kids Bedrooms
The Kids bedroom bright, clean and simple. The big openings allow natural light in & make the space feel larger thanks also to the light furniture.
Guest Bedroom
The guest bedroom is made of dark neutrals to match any style
