The space emits a sense of softness and comfort enhanced by the strong neutral presence within the interior. The natural light, which makes its way inside, highlights the essence of the materials used and the quality of all the finishes.
These qualities are extended throughout all areas of the first floor as well mixing darker and lighter tones of neutral with few accents of deep reds.

Entrance Lobby
As first impressions are what last throughout time, we designed this entrance hall as a welcoming, warm passage towards the wide openings around the eclectic living room.
Men's Majlis
The double-height ceiling features a floor-to-ceiling window, allowing it to capitalize on the view of the surrounding landscape. To amplify the dimension of space, we cladded one of the walls with rose-gold mirrors, provviding also a feeling of warmth!
Women's Majlis
The women's majlis area carries out the same color pallette and style as the dining room connected to it, with the earthy and grey tones enhanced with a touch of dark brown hues
Staircase Bar Area
We created a double-functioning stairs area, which includes a bar area, designed to create continuity between the circular staircase and the dining area. In addition, being central to the villa, it creates a focal point and gathering area for the family.
Dining Room
This modern dining area features a grey marble dining table centered to compliment the elegant design, paired with grey hues and salmon colored chairs creating a unique space for gatherings
Office
The office occupies the first-floor area, which overlooks the men's majlis. We created a sense of connection between the two floors manifesting it through utilizing the same materials, the same feeling, and the same tone of voice. This area, apparently small, is amplified thanks to the opening towards the lower level.
Master Bedroom
In the master bedroom, we combined luxury and trending contemporary materials. The main example would be the marble porcelain slab juxtaposed with the rose-gold metallic cladding which brings freshness to the room.
