The 940 sqm villa introduces itself through clean, orthogonal lines, a truly essential color palette, and well-oriented lights, which enhance the character of the exterior.
Once we enter the villa, the sanctuary-like feel is expressed throughout the interior. Peace, serenity, and calmness are the keywords to this project and can be visible on the micro and macro level, from forms to furniture and material details.

On the ground floor of the villa, the plan is overall open, with a central green area that welcomes family and guests once entered the building. This biophilic garden, at the core of the home, can be seen from various rooms, and perspectives and can be viewed from the first-floor void as well, completely grounding us in the concept of peace and harmony within the home.

When designing the plan, we focused on removing as many barriers as we could, to create a visual connection among different areas of the ground floor.

Entrance Hall

The peaceful nature of the architecture blooms in the interior. Family and guests are welcomed by this highly theatrical inner garden at the center of the villa

Men Majlis

The design of the men's majlis follows the fundamentals of soft interiors, utilizing diverse materials to enhance comfort while choosing function over ornaments. The few decor pieces are attentively selected for their sculptural essence

Family Hall

The soul of the space lies in the softness of colors and textures, which wrap sculptural pieces, creating the right environment for the family to gather.
