The V House

The boundary wall uses the same materials as the house: stone-finish panels, irregular natural stone and vertical battens at the main gate. Above, a deep cantilevered slab shades the first-floor balcony, and glass balustrades line the roof terrace.

The first-floor volume projects over the entrance on a round column, with recessed glazing and a glass balcony set into the cladding. The steel structure in front will carry the shade canopy for the driveway once finishes are applied.

The angled column carries the upper volume while leaving the terrace open on all sides. Behind it, natural stone walls, timber battens and a roof terrace step back across the garden elevation.

Layered stone platforms create level changes across the terrace, with fittings in place for landscape lighting. The garden is enclosed by a high boundary wall finished in the same stone-effect cladding as the house.

Sliding glass doors open the ground floor onto a wide stepped terrace, ready for landscaping. The upper floor combines large glazed openings, timber battens and a glass balcony set into the stone-finish facade.

Grooved joints run around the cladding in continuous horizontal lines, wrapping both faces of the volume. The angled column and the overhang create a covered outdoor area beside the ground-floor glazing.

Linear air-conditioning grilles are built into the ceiling bulkhead to keep the main volume clean. Timber-clad door frames, large-format floor tiles and a first-floor gallery with a glass balustrade are already installed.

The staircase rises behind a full-height glass panel, keeping the view open across the ground floor. Flooring, skirting and ceiling services are complete, with final wall finishes and lighting still to be fitted.
