Sky Hills

The approach is framed by planting on either side and leads straight to a colonnaded podium with the SKYHILLS signage at its centre. Above, the two glazed towers stand apart, leaving a narrow gap of sky that marks the arrival point.

The curved podium is clad in a continuous screen of vertical fins, set against the full-height glazing of the tower above. Columns lift the tower base clear of the street, opening up a covered drop-off and entrance zone.

Interior light reveals the stacked balconies and glazed corners, and each tower is capped by a sculpted crown. At ground level, the illuminated podium entrance and street trees give the building a clear, lit edge at night.

Recessed vertical glazing strips divide each tower into slender bands, which reduces the visual weight of the mass. The finned podium extends low along the street and links the residential towers to the public edge.

A planted podium roof sits between the towers and the street, extending the surrounding greenery up onto the building. The two towers sit at staggered heights, which gives the pair a clear profile against the neighbouring high-rises.
