LYV COMPOUND

The stone panel behind the bed is washed by concealed lighting, set between two bands of fluted timber that run full height. Floor-to-ceiling glazing on the side wall brings in garden views and soft evening light.

A long marble dining table sits parallel to the glazing, with the kitchen wrapped in timber slats and a marble island at the far end. A textured stone wall separates the zones without closing them off, keeping the plan open and connected.

The central park runs as a straight axis through the plan, punctuated by pools, lawns and a circular arrival garden. Canals on either side give a large share of the villas a direct waterfront, while roads stay at the edges of each cluster.

A suspended linear chandelier fills the vertical volume, set within a ceiling framed by continuous cove lighting. Built-in timber shelving runs up the stone wall, balancing the openness of the glazed facade.

Seating edges and planted beds frame a public plaza at the head of the channel, creating places to gather along the water. Villas on both sides use stone cladding and timber louvres, which keeps the frontage consistent along the full length of the promenade.
