Villa Pine Court

The stepped ceiling frames the suspended light installation and conceals linear and spot lighting. Backlit open shelving divides the living room from the dining area, with deep plum armchairs adding a single accent colour.

Travertine stair treads and a perforated metal balustrade frame the view in the foreground. Bronze-lined door frames and polished stone flooring carry the warm neutral palette through the hallway.

Layered travertine coffee tables sit at the centre of a low seating arrangement facing the shoreline. The wave-shaped light fitting follows the open plan toward the dining area and its backlit display shelving.

Timber panelling frames the TV wall, flanked by open shelves with integrated strip lighting. A textured metal screen on one side separates the living room from the entrance while letting light pass through.

A backlit shelving divider defines the dining zone without closing it off from the living room. Travertine tables, cream seating and textured rugs keep the interior calm and consistent across the full space.

Each tread is lit from beneath, with a glass balustrade keeping the stair visually open. Planting, stone and globe lights at the base form a small indoor garden beneath the stair.

The suspended canopy of fine glass rods marks the centre of the hall and softens the light falling onto the tree. A bronze pivot door, brass floor inlays and a mirrored console complete the arrival space.

Water jets rise from the circular basin around the base of the pine tree, catching light from the glazing beside them. Travertine wall panels and a sculptural seat give the atrium a quiet place to pause.

Lit water jets ring the planted basin, which is set on a raised stone platform with concealed edge lighting. Full-height glazing behind the atrium frames the shoreline, linking the entrance directly to the sea view.
