Villa Arca

A cluster of faceted timber pendants hangs at the centre of the tall volume, set against the painted mural. Built-in arched shelving, layered striped rugs and a solid timber table complete the seating area.

Concealed lighting traces one edge of the arch, set into a textured wall with slim recessed niches on either side. A dark timber ceiling and cement-finish pendants give the lounge a warm, grounded feel.

The arches repeat across the wall, each lit along its curve to bring out the texture of the finish. Rough stone side tables and an aged timber coffee table sit on a deep-pile rug, keeping the palette natural and calm.

The fireplace runs along the base of a smooth textured wall, beneath a framed screen and beside built-in arched shelves. A cove-lit ceiling and full-height sheer curtains keep the room soft and evenly lit.

A lit step defines the sunken seating area, which opens onto the double-height space and stair beyond. Perforated wall openings, fluted panels and a timber feature wall add texture at every level.

The relief panel’s swirling lines run the full length of the wall, washed by concealed lighting from above. Timber-framed chairs, a single rust velvet accent chair and sculptural pendants sit beside full-height glazing.

Fluted wall panels rise behind the sculpted stair, with a lit display niche set into the wall beside it. Arched timber doors and natural stone flooring connect the stair hall to the kitchen and living areas.

Irregular openings in the upper-floor balustrade let light and views pass between the two levels. An arched timber front door, a full-height mirror and a sculpted console set a warm, natural welcome.
