Stone-edged water and shaded seating give patients and families a calm place to wait outside the building. Behind the glazing, the multi-level atrium and its planting are visible from the courtyard, which helps visitors orient themselves on arrival.

The glazed roof brings daylight down through all levels, while the sky bridge links clinical wings across the atrium. Patterned perforated screens and stone cladding line the upper floors, softening light and giving the central space a calm, open character.

Separate, clearly signed counters for prescription drop-off and medication pickup simplify patient flow at ground level. Above, perforated screens and horizontal louvres shade the glazing across the upper floors of the G+13 building.

Dedicated drop-off and pickup counters sit within a stone-clad wall, with organised storage visible behind the glass. Indoor planters and water features at floor level keep the waiting area calm and comfortable.

The backlit stone desk sits directly in line with the entrance, giving patients a clear first point of contact. Soft seating, planting and full-height glazing keep the lobby bright and easy to navigate.

Horizontal louvres, perforated screens and a central glazed section divide the facade into clear vertical bands. The podium holds the main entrance, drop-off and public services, with palm-lined parking along the frontage.
