LA VIDA

Each level steps back to create open terraces, lit along their curved edges after dark. Full-height glazing at ground level shows the restaurants and cafes behind it, facing the plaza and its fountains.

A linear water feature runs alongside the paved walkway, with escalators and bridges linking the upper floors. The entertainment block’s coloured facade and digital screen anchor the far end of the promenade.

Curved paths with integrated linear lighting lead visitors past the fountain toward the restaurant terraces. A large LED media wall on the facade and the open upper walkways keep the plaza active from day into night.

Raised timber seating decks surround the fountain, giving shoppers places to stop between the two retail levels. Coloured LED fins on the upper facade mark the entertainment block and make it visible from across the plaza.

Slim fins run the length of the elevation, shading the glazing and giving the mall a strong street presence. An external escalator and fountains at the entrance draw visitors up to the upper retail levels.
