Vertical timber panelling runs behind the bed, with a lit display niche set into the wall beside it. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames the pool and palms, bringing in evening light across the room.

Full-height cabinets conceal storage and appliances on both sides, with timber panels adding warmth at the edges. The waterfall marble island runs along the central axis, leading the eye to the glazing and garden beyond.

Villas face the street in an even rhythm, each with a landscaped driveway, a private garden and a rooftop terrace. Lit planters and paving edges define the street at ground level, while the pools and gardens sit behind each home.

A curved pond and planted beds form the foreground, leading onto a wide lawn ringed by walking paths. Pergolas and benches along the edges give residents shaded places to sit within the green space.

The path loops around the lawn and water feature, linking the clusters on foot. Villa terraces and glazed balconies overlook the park, so the green space stays visible from inside the homes.

Stone-clad columns support the cantilevered upper floor, whose timber soffits are lit by recessed lighting. Full-height sliding glazing opens the ground floor onto the terrace, linking the living spaces to the pool.

Dark frames outline each volume, enclosing timber cladding, full-height glazing and slim vertical light lines. A stepped entry path with lit planters leads up to the front door through a landscaped forecourt.

Slim-framed glazing runs the full height of the room, giving an uninterrupted view of the pool, terrace and palms. Low seating keeps the sightlines open, and a potted olive tree brings planting into the space.

A long timber dining table anchors the center of the plan, lit by a suspended linear pendant. Track lighting, sheer curtains and a stone feature wall keep the space soft and evenly lit into the evening.
