360 BUSINESS PARK

A continuous LED line traces the curved roof canopy, and a dark vertical core marks the main entrance between the two wings. Cafes, shops and restaurants line the ground floor, with glazed office levels above set behind white vertical fins.

Full-height glazing follows the curve of the building, shaded by slim fins and lit along each slab edge. A sculptural tree-shaped column supports the cantilevered upper floor, and planting on the roof softens the skyline.

The white lattice screen sweeps down from the roof to ground level, framing the double-height shopfronts behind it. Planted beds, paved paths and seating areas turn the courtyard into an open-air space for shopping and dining.

Tall cylindrical fins line the upper walkway, giving shade and a steady rhythm while keeping views open across the courtyard. Opposite, the lattice parapet and dark mullions frame the shops and offices, with planting visible at the lower level.
